Creamy Tzatziki Dip

Ingredients
- 500g Greek yogurt
- 2 Lebanese cucumbers.
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Cucumber
Slice cucumber in half and remove seeds.
Grate cucumber, sprinkle with salt, and let drain in a sieve for 15 minutes. Squeeze out excess water.
Step 2: Mix Yogurt
Combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, and white wine vinegar in a bowl.
Stir in fresh chopped dill, ensuring an even distribution throughout the mixture.
Season the Tzatziki with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting flavors as needed.
