Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Herbs
- Rinse the fresh parsley leaves under cold water.
- Pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Finely chop the parsley Set aside.
