Makes: 2-4 Pork rib’s worth of rub
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup smoked paprika
- 3 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp dry mustard
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp cracked pepper
- 1/4 cup tablespoon sea salt flakes
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper (adjust for desired heat level)
