2 bone-in pork chops 
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste


Step 1: Preparing the Pork Chops

In a shallow dish, combine the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a marinade. Place the pork chops in the marinade and coat them thoroughly. Allow them to marinate for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate overnight for more flavor infusion.

Step 2: Preheating the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, ensuring it is clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.

Step 3: Grilling the Pork Chops

Remove the pork chops from the marinade and let any excess drip off.
Place the pork chops on the preheated grill and cook for approximately 4-5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 63°C using a meat thermometer.

Flip the pork chops only once during cooking to achieve a nice sear on both sides.

Let the grilled pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.
