- 4 spring onions, green part only, chopped
- 1 red chilli, chopped
- 3cm piece root ginger, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 100ml apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp clear honey
- 2 tsp ground allspice
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Step 1: Blend the aromatics
Step 2: Add the liquids and spices
Add the apple cider vinegar, clear honey, ground allspice, ground cinnamon, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to the food processor.
Blend the ingredients until they form a smooth and well-combined marinade.
