Ingredients

  • 500g pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Pork and Vegetables

Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips. Season with salt and pepper.


Prepare the garlic, ginger, bell peppers, carrot, and broccoli florets.

Step 2: Sauté the Pork

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.


Add the sliced pork to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the pork from the pan and set aside.

Step 3: Stir-Fry the Vegetables

In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed, then add the sliced bell peppers, julienned carrot, and broccoli florets.


Stir-fry the vegetables for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.

Step 4: Combine the Sauce

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil.

Step 5: Finish the Stir-Fry

Return the cooked pork to the pan with the vegetables.


Pour the sauce over the pork and vegetables, and toss everything together to coat evenly.


Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through.

Step 6: Serve

Sprinkle the sliced green onions over the stir-fry.


Serve the pork stir-fry hot over steamed rice or noodles.
